Ribbon is a venture-backed startup that empowers new homebuyers to place all-cash offers on their dream homes to give them a leg-up in an ultra competitive real estate market.
My work with Ribbon has mostly centered around their native iOS app. They needed help taking their existing mobile-web design language and translating it to use more native iOS interaction patterns.
I also helped them map out and design a couple new features for their native app: All Cash Offers and Messaging. These new features required a simple, mobile-friendly way for agents to communicate with their clients and other agents, manage client financing approvals, and upload and submit all offer-to-purchase contract documents directly from their mobile phones.
